Tsukimi Tomoe

The daughter of the noble Lord Ryoukami Tomoe who has been estranged by her stepmother and kicked out of her home. She wanders the lands of Ionia on a pilgrimage to lay the murdered souls of Katsuyama to rest, while trying to also gain power so that she can cast down her stepmother and reclaim her family's ancestral home.

In Ionia, a death cleric is known as a gravesinger, one who conducts the rituals and ceremonies surrounding one's departure from the realm of the living. This involves actually singing, and Tsukimi takes great pride in not only her skill at singing  but also at her skill at working with the bereaved. She has a good heart, and genuinely cares for those around her.
